Survey on Robust Steganographic Techniques

Geetha C. R.; Dr. C. Puttamadappa
Steganography is a powerful tool which is used to hide the information in some other information and transmitting it so that the presence of the secret information itself is undetectable. The main goal of any Steganographic method is imperceptibility, high payload capacity and robustness. Undetectability is measured using PSNR value of the Stego-image. Robustness is protection against loss compression, filtering transformation etc. Using steganography, information can be hidden in different embedding mediums, known as carriers. These carriers can be images; audio files, video files, and text filesThis paper is the tutorial review of the different Steganographic techniques appeared in the literature.
