Mathematical Modelling and Optimization of the Process for Chalcogenides Rhenium Alloys Obtaining

Has been carried out mathematic model and process optimization for joint deposition rhenium with chalcogenides by Box and Wilson method. Have been completed equations for process regression of deposition thin films rhenium chalcogenides binding composition of cathodic deposits with parameters of electrolysis. Were estimated that all data obtained concern equation regression exactly describe research process and allowed to determinate the composition of cathodic deposits for asked electrolysis modes.
