A Novel Approach of FLAOA/TOA-based Three-Dimensional Positioning and Heading Determination

FLAOA measurements can be fused with other measurements such as AHRS, TOA and altimeter for indoor localization system. For heading estimation, FLAOA can be fused with TOA measurements and only two anchors are needed to estimate the user position and the user heading. In this paper, the FLAOA/TOA fused measurement is studied. And the error of that is proportional to the product of the angle error and the range error. Using differenced FLAOA/TOA fused measurements, heading can be estimated. If Heading is known, user position can be calculated using an anchor position and a FLAOA/TOA fused measurement. it was verified by simulation
